Chubb – 2008 to 2021. Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded Property and Casualty Insurance Company

Head of Operational Support – Europe, Middle East and Africa – Responsible for leading transformation within Business Operations team. This is a 500+ team that partners with Underwriting Community and provides advice and support on Operational matters.

Head of Service Operations Continental Europe (CE) – This role was responsible for serviced delivery provided by Underwriter Assistant and Shared Service roles and being Operations focal point for CE. Headcount circa 200.

Head of Field Services – Europe with included oversight of Eurasia – This role was responsible for managing and directing Business facing Operations teams with the goal of allowing Underwriters to underwrite by removing work that does not need to be done by them and looking at ways to improve business growth and profitability. Headcount circa 200.

Head of Operations for UK and Ireland including ACE Global Markets –  Responsible for the management and direction of Operational hubs based in London, Glasgow, India and Romania, plus local regional support across region. Headcount circa 150.

Operations Project Director, ACE European Group. This role was responsible for all major non IT change programs.

Xchanging Broking Services (XBS) 2006 to 2008. Xchanging was a Major Third Party Provider that supplied outsourced services to the London Market. XBS was a division set up to support Broker clients. This was the first of its kind. 

Operations Director – Member of XBS Senior Management Team responsible for the direction of company including Client relationship management of Aon Reinsurance, management of Claims and Treaty Brokers and reviewing synergies between Xchanging Broking Services, Xchanging Claims Services and Xchanging Insurance Services.

Aon Group 1997 to 2008. Largest Reinsurance Broker in the world

Executive Director – Responsible for Operations supporting Non Marine, Marine and Aviation Reinsurance business including Run off. Team circa 160.

Director – Romford / London. Managed the Claims Technical and Broking team for Non Marine Reinsurance division.

Associate Director – Romford.  Management of Technical team during migration of five broker back offices into one back office. Responsible for the smooth transition of 60 key clients (London Market) that produced the majority of income in UK & I. Managed all elements of service included Cover Noting, Premium processing, Treaty processing, Claims processing, Claims broking and wordings administration.

Fenchurch Insurance Brokers 1990 to 1997. Mid sized Broker that acted on behalf of large corporations supplying insurance advice on their varying needs.

Associate Director – South Woodford. Created Technical Claims back office. Team size was 25 and responsible for all claims processing for all classes of Insurance

Assistant Manager – London. Managing Claims on International account dealing with Major Non marine accounts, covering business classes ranging from Motor Own Damage to Construction All Risks. 

Claims Technician / Broker – London. Resolving aged problems.
